Located in Changkat Bukit Bintang, Brix Union is a Grill & Bar that specialises in grilled casual dining and flabbergasting drinks . The cuisine is inspired from across the globe and is an assault on your palate.

Brix Union officially opens on 3rd March 2015 and is nestled amongst the hustle n' bustle of Jalan Changkat Bukit Bintang next to the Hotel Soleil. Over the 3 months, the Grilling Officers have worked relentlessly to develop a truly unique menu. Since then, the Chief Grilling Officer (CGO) has been serving quality interpretations of classic comfort dishes combined with the bravery of transforming the Classic's to authentic.

Due to the secrecy of the recipes, the identity of the CGO has remained clandestine.

Brix Union's interior, inspired by one of the owners, whose passion for engineering and industrial urban design, stands unique amongst the plethora of outlets in the heart of Kuala Lumpur. Brix Union pays tribute to vintage elements of disregarded items that have been salvaged, restored, morphed and incorporated into the design. The 40-year old wood comes from discarded homes in the rural villages of Malaysia, and the exposed brick, steel I-beam's and pipes, along with the hand-made abstract and stencil art, completes the persona of Brix Union.

Tucked within the party-goer’s hub of Changkat in Bukit Bintang, Brix Union Grill and Bar serves hearty fares with an emphasis on good beer. This sister company of Bavarian Bierhaus at The Curve cooks up a selection of pulled beef brisket, crispy pork belly, buttermilk cookies, and other bar snacks to complement one’s choice of local or foreign brews.
