Bar B Q Plaza is a self-cooking Mongolian and Japanese style barbeque restaurant. We focus on the selection of high-quality meats and vegetables where customers can experience self-grilling. Such cooking experience makes dining at Bar B Q Plaza enjoyable and mesmerizing. The meal is also accompanied by specially prepared sauce, which taste just rightfor grilled food.

Bar B Q Plaza was established in 1987 by Mr. Choopong Choopojcharoen, who applied the long-famous Japanese-style barbecue with his restaurant. Bar B Q Plaza opened its 1st branch at Central Plaza Ladprao, Thailand. Its famous unique grilling experience added by outstanding delicious taste coupled with high-quality meats and vegetables allowed Bar B Q to become increasingly popular and thus allowing the expansion of its branches in alignment with the opening of malls in Thailand.

Internationally, Bar B Q Plaza established its presence in Malaysia through a joint venture in 2005, with a local Malaysian company namely W.A Food Holdings Sdn. Bhd. The Bar B Q Plaza (Malaysia) was formed and aims to provide the same wonderful grilling experience with high-quality meat and vegetables to Malaysians. The 1st branch is located at 1Utama Shopping Centre. Today, the brand is located in Sunway Pyramid Shopping centre, AEON Bukit Tinggi Shopping Centre and Berjaya Times Square. Bar B Q Plaza (Malaysia) strongly believes in providing the great grilling experience to Malaysians.

Bar B Q is in food industry, where there is a high level of competition. Over the past 20years, Bar B Q Plaza has continuously building its network and expanding its branches. There are currently 65 branches of Bar B Q Plaza and 48 branches of Joom Zap Hut (Thai Herbal Hotpot) with over 2,200 employees. Today Bar B Q Plaza has become a strong and professional restaurant which can complete with leading restaurants, from both domestic and international chains, and can be considered to operate at the standard of international restaurants.

Every staff of Bar B Q Plaza is well trained. At the training center of the company, each staff learns the operation of the restaurant. Also, they are trained to do their job skillfully. Both in-house and external trainers provide the staff with regular training courses which enhance their knowledge and competency.
