Inspired by a rising trend of “creative sushi” amongst Japanese youngsters, Tokyo Kitchen embraces that theme as a master chef with over 16 years of experience seeks to transform all foods into his own form of art. Signature offerings include dinosaur sushi, a larger-than-average salmon rice-based sushi with crab sticks, tamago, and cucumber; long salmon sushi; and bread sushi.
