I ordered Coliseum signature dish most popular among all - Hainanese Chicken Chop. The deep fried chicken thigh was tenderly done with crispy layer on the outside and juicy meat inside. Dressed with thick brown sauce that is so appetizing along with other condiments of mushrooms, carrots, peas, fries, onions and tomatoes.
