FREE means “Freedom” while MORI is derived from a Japanese word means “Forest”. FREEMORI is a bakery chain conceptualized on a “forest filled with freedom, imagination, creativity and fun.”

Freemori currently has a flagship of 100 bakery outlets in Hangzhou & Chengdu China, Klang Valley Malaysia and Kaoshiong Taiwan (formerly as “La Petit Prince”).

Freemori Professional Team

Under the leadership of Mr Tan Kai Kiang, FMM is managed by a highly committed and professional management team which includes the General Manager, Mr Tan Kai Meng, a Chartered Accountant who worked with international accounting firms and has gained regional experiences in Malaysia, Singapore, Hong Kong and China. Its manufacturing team is led by Taiwanese Master Chef cum Factory Manager – Master Yu Kwan Cheng who has more than 30 years experiences in bakery industry and manage several brands in countries as Taiwan, Japan and China. Master Yu was formerly the Master Chef from Le Petit Prince, Taiwan and he had been invited to China for the factory development in HangZhou and Chengdu. Currently Master Yu and his team are based in Malaysia for the factory development in Malaysia and South East Asia.
