About Quiznos
WE'RE BOLD
The little sub shop that began over 30 years ago in Denver, CO still has the same bold ideas that we had in the beginning. We boldly believe that your food should taste great and that we should use only the highest quality ingredients to create your perfect lunch.
Dedicated to making Mmmmm…One Sub · Soup · Salad at a time.
WE DARE TO BE DIFFERENT
Think all sub sandwiches are equal? Horseradish! Toasting is a wake-up call for flavor! We've been sandwich-toasting fanatics since the first day we opened our doors. Everything gets toasted at Quiznos. Heck, if it doesn't come from Quiznos, it's gonna leave you cold!
UNCOMPROMISING QUALITY
You can't fake quality. No mystery meat here - we use butcher-quality meats, all-natural cheeses, chef-designed signature sauces and toasted artisan bread. If you want mystery, go to the public library.
EVERY ORDER MADE TO ORDER
Our Chef is an expert at making yum, but you're even experter when it comes to your taste. Make your meal your own. Spice it up with our Pepper Bar, add some extra bacon or switch out the cheese. Just don't jump over the counter to make it yourself – we've got big, hot toasters back here.
CORPORATE RESPONSIBILITY
At Quiznos, our goal is to become both the franchisor and employer of choice. We work together to achieve company goals, yet respectfully embrace our individual differences. At Quiznos, we recognize we cannot attain these goals without having a diverse assembly of team members, franchisees, guests, affiliates and partners.
Respect and acknowledgment of our differences aid us in treating each individual in a manner in which they want to be treated. Quiznos is resolved to contribute to a workplace where our team members are compassionate and show respect for our different backgrounds, values, and beliefs.

One of Quiznos’ key guiding principles is to never compromise on the health and safety of our customers and the people we work with. To that end, Quiznos is committed to extending socially responsible practices throughout its supply chain. The Quiznos Supplier Code of Conduct establishes expectations for fair, safe, healthful working conditions in supplier facilities. To encourage compliance with all legal requirements and ethical business practices, Quiznos has established this Supplier Code of Conduct for all Quiznos U.S. suppliers (“Suppliers”).

Suppliers are required to abide by all applicable laws, codes or regulations including, but not limited to, any local, state or federal laws regarding wages and benefits, workmen’s compensation, working hours, equal opportunity, worker and product safety. Quiznos also expects that Suppliers will conform their practices to the published standards for their industry.
Employment Practices
Working Hours & Conditions: In compliance with applicable laws, regulations, codes and industry standards, Suppliers are expected to ensure that their employees have safe and healthy working conditions and reasonable daily and weekly work schedules. Non-Discrimination: Suppliers should implement policy to effectuate all applicable local and federal laws prohibiting discrimination in hiring and employment on the grounds of race, color, religion, sex, age, physical disability, national origin, creed or any other basis prohibited by law.
Child Labor: Suppliers should not use workers under the legal age for employment for the type of work being performed in any facility in which the Supplier is doing work for Quiznos. In no event should Suppliers use employees younger than 14 years of age.

Florida Farm Workers
Effective today, Quiznos requests that all of its produce suppliers work on specific plans to address wages and working conditions for the farm workers who pick Florida tomatoes. This agreement includes:
Through its produce suppliers, Quiznos will pay an additional penny per pound for Florida round tomatoes supplied to its U.S. restaurants. The increase will begin with the 2010 growing season. Quiznos suppliers will establish a method to pay the additional penny per pound to applicable farm workers.
Quiznos produce suppliers will work with the Coalition of Immokalee Workers (CIW) on increasing farm worker participation in monitoring supplier compliance, investigating work complaints, and resolving disputes.
