We prepare your meals in the morning and deliver to you fresh (not frozen) that same day. In our meals there is nothing artificial, no thickeners, no added sugar, no preservatives & no trans fats!
Our recipe guidelines ensure that we use only lean forms of protein, healthy fats, wholegrain carbohydrates, lots of veggies and minimal oil for cooking. Any condiments are used sparingly and are the healthiest forms we can find.

As a team of health coaches, we realize that most people in the KL City is having a challenge in getting a healthy lunch around their busy schedule.
